Our global sales force and in-destination account management teams ensure group tour operators are always connected to Discova. Having regional sales teams means you’ll always have someone in the same time zone, answering the questions that can’t wait. For high volume accounts, a dedicated account manager is an advocate within the business, not only acting as a single point-of-contact – handy when working with Discova in multiple countries – but also taking proactive action, such as offering discounts on targeted dates, to ensure we’re growing your business.

Customer Experience

Managing groups travelling in faraway lands can be daunting, so at Discova we have a customer experience team to help. Working directly with our operations and product departments (as well as local guides) the client experience team tracks feedback, trains guides, and helps improve product and services for tailor-made touring. Our client experience team are always in touch with our sales and account managers to ensure you’re in the know.


Product Focused

In an era of distribution disruption, competitive pricing is critical to ensure healthy sales and a positive future outlook. For group series, our product teams will contract special group touring rates on your behalf for hotels, transport and experiences. We will also review and refresh programs to ensure you are offering the newest in-destination experiences while keeping costs to a minimum.


Guide Training

A successful group tour needs a great leader, not just a guide. For our GIT partners, we focus on hiring guides who are not just a proxy between your travellers and the destination, but are experts in managing group dynamics, logistics and incidents. This is why we strive to bring on the best guides, matching them to our agent’s profile. Our local guides have regular training, ranging from incident management to practical field experience. Guides also have briefings with our operations, product and client experience teams so we’re all working towards the same goals.


Reservations and Operations Excellence

Discova has a dedicated GIT reservations team for our GIT partners. Our teams are trained to quickly confirm allotments, pre- and post-arrangements and any ad-hoc requests. Our operations team ensures a seamless experience for your groups, from the first airport welcome to the farewell dinner. Our reservation and operations teams work in tandem to provide you with a sense of wellbeing for your bespoke group tours.
